I understand that all inbound calls will be handled by an AI voice agent. Callers will be informed they are speaking with an AI and that the call may be recorded at the start of each call.

Data Collection & Storage

I acknowledge that call transcripts, summaries, caller names, phone numbers, and call outcomes will be collected and stored securely by Climax AI to deliver the service.

Third-Party Processing

I consent to call data being processed through third-party providers including Vapi.ai (voice AI), Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting) as necessary to provide the service.

Email Notifications

I agree to receive automated email summaries after each call handled by my AI agent, sent to the contact email I provide.

I confirm I have read and agree to the Climax AI Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Compliance Responsibility

I acknowledge I am responsible for ensuring my use of the service complies with all applicable laws in my jurisdiction, including call recording consent laws.
