2. Information We Collect

Call Data: When a caller contacts a business using our AI receptionist, we collect the caller's phone number, name (if provided during the call), and the reason for the call. We also generate and store a transcript and AI-produced summary of the conversation.

Business Client Information: We collect the name, email address, phone number, and business details of the businesses we serve.

Account Information: For platform users, we collect email addresses and authentication credentials managed via Supabase.

Usage Data: We collect basic usage information such as call duration, call outcome, and timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

5. Call Recording Disclosure

All calls handled by our AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed. Callers are informed at the start of every call that they are speaking with an AI and that the call may be recorded. By continuing a call after this disclosure, callers consent to being recorded. Business clients are responsible for ensuring this disclosure is compliant with local laws in their jurisdiction.

6. Data Retention

Call logs, transcripts, and summaries are retained for as long as the associated business client account remains active. Upon account termination, data may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion. Business clients may request early deletion of their data by contacting us at climaxagents@gmail.com.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and role-based access controls. Access to call data is restricted to the business client whose account the data belongs to and authorised Climax AI administrators.

8. Your Rights

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
